I liked that EZ bar front delt push. He hit all those angles with that pulley. Mr. Glass, I'm friends with Khanjo, it's awesome to see great techniques taught. As a trainer also, it's minor detail, people sometimes don't understand the engulfed pump we feel. LIFT WEIGHTS FRIENDS.

@@bobruis4379 it's all i need, i can go for volume with 10-12 reps in 4 sets each, only dropset so that we wont compromise frequency. Muscle mind connection, you can add 2-3 sec tempo just to max out

I'm trying those tonite when I hit the gym. I had extensive rotator cuff & collarbone surgery on my right shoulder 4yrs ago and it still gives me issues so I hardly do shoulders, but I try it again - if I go too light in weight, it feels like a useless workout even with more reps. I want them a bit bigger not just "toned". But hey - " no pain no gain". Long as I have proper poundage and form, Think I'll be ok? Lol

I've been going to Blink in NYC for the past maybe 5 years. Every time I see one of these videos with trainers, it always makes me think about the fake trainers I always see at Blink! These so called trainers be on their cell phones while the person they are so called training is performing a set and that really irks me! What's even more annoying, it's the male, so called, personal trainers and not the female ones. The female personal trainers be on point! However, the guys can't separate themselves for one second to make sure the client is performing the exercise correctly and is really feeling the muscle work!!! Furthermore, these clowns be trying to hate on me because I'm a beast and I don't acknowledge them. But they know not to take it too far. Trust me!!!!!

My diet is 1 banana whole milk blue berries strawberries spinach leaves 2 scoops of peanut butter powder and blend then cup of jasmine rice cup of broccoli 1 chicken breast half avacado and 4 eggs after an hr I go train then for dinner 1 cup of jasmine rice 1 sweet potato steak salmon or chicken breast with either squash broccoli asparagus I alternate daily on the meats steak once a week the rest is mainly chicken or salmon what am I doing wrong

@@kennethroth6757 Dexter had good leg genetics but in his 40s they started to go down in size, which of course Charles helped to reverse. Brandon never had good leg genetics and there's little that can be done about that.
