Hi there! Ha, finally you got me :-) So far I have refrained from buying any of the Atlantic 75 series releases because of imo mostly uninteresting or for me superfluous selections. Since it’s a 45 mono it’s my prey. I am a big fan of mono records which I am picking up with a Miyajima mono cartridge on my second tone arm. That punchy mono sound is a nice change vs. the old hard panned stereo sound. I like the Ah Um, Mingus At Antibes, The Black Saint, 5x Mingus and Oh Yeah a lot. Many thanks for the heads up. The Dr John is pronounced Gree Gree, though I’m sure six days later someone might have already offered that pronunciation. I’m not subscribed and so far only ordered the Wilson Pickett from this batch. Love Gris Gris but already have a mono version from Jackpot Records.
