All I hope that Team Charles does in preparation for UFC #280 is hire Jose Aldo's chef so that the weight cut is much smoother than his last fight in May and hire Shavkat Rahkmanov to be his primary MMA training partner. With those two adjustments then I have no worries about a successful outcome for Charles Oliveira this fall. Islam has fought 12 UFC fights while Charles has 12 UFC years . . . and against much better UFC ranked opponents too. It's the experience of being under overwhelming attack but persevering that is the BIGGEST factor in favor of Oliviera. Second round TKO stoppage via strikes for Charles Oliveira!!

I want Charles have all the help he can reasonably get. Jose Aldo has a chef as he could barely make 145lbs towards the end of his featherweight title reign . . . now he makes 135lbs when needed so I want Team Charles to reach out to his professional chef nutrionist!! Shavkat is an excellent training partner for UFC #280 as he is much more accomplished than Islam in that he won the world title of M-1 Global and is undefeated with all stoppages. He has a height of 6'2 and a '76 inch reach plus an International Master's in Sambo. Team Charles should make best efforts to acquire him because he has it all including UFC experience winning in Abu Dhabi. Take every precaution when you are defending the Crown (#1 ranking)!!!
