Love this compilation. Dr. Charles Stanley is one of my favorite pastors. He speaks by the teachings of the Bible & says what needs to be preached rather than what people want or expect to hear.. everything he said on this video is agreeable. Especially with regards to health & money. Sometimes, even if we live healthy, we still get sick so all the more we should not take our health for granted. And for the money aspect, yes, it's true.. you may be able to buy everything but it can't buy your health, peace & ultimate happiness if you don't have God in your life.

Thank you for sharing this video. I am blessed with these messages. For 5 years and a half I have been working to support my mom , my two sisters and myself. We live in a rented house. From a poor life, God has blessed my studies and He has blessed me with a job. I have been working very hard, I have try to be sincere in my work. I have been working as an assistant lecturer in a school. The school paid me with good salary. But the work was very stressful, I don't have peace. Finally this year I resigned from the job. At present I am working in a college which is run by a church organization, the salary is less but I found peace and I am confident that God will carry me through this hard time. Dr. Stanley is a godly man with a lot of wisdom and Agape Love. I started to listen to him in the 80's with his program "in Touch Ministries" I love his style of teaching because he is very clear and calm. He reaches all kind of people with his warm and Soothing voice. I remember when his wife was going to divorce how hurt he was but thank God she returned to him. ❤️ He has aged beautifully and I thank God for him and his ministry to the world! I have been watching Dr. Stanley for a number of years now, & due to a recent move, I haven't been able to see his regularly scheduled program. With that being said, there's always something that he preaches about, that hits home for me. When he speaks, & I've had the opportunity to hear him, I'm always moved; deeply. Divine words from a man of God. When he mentioned "rejection", my tears began to flow. He's so right about how we all have experienced it before. The guilt kicks in,*#3, begins in the mind. His statement about being a beautiful person, feeling ugly..yes, that's me. It cuts like a knife, & the scar can remain permanent. My faith in God, & scripture I recall, helps me cope with many things. "The Lord is near to the brokenhearted, & saves the crushed in spirit." Psalms-73:26. This verse has brought me toward light, & away from darkness. All of these lessons are paramount for one's life. I appreciate the post, Dr. Stanley is practical, & always tells the truth; Gospel Truth. Thank You 😊💞💞

God has guided me to the right career in my life and then He brought it to an end bc my body could no longer perform that particular duty. God is helping me and continues to guide me through it all. I learned in life that timing is everything, so to speak. Its all about God's timing. I love my parents but we wasn't guided, encouraged or taught by them. I just got through school, was not the best time but it was my science teacher who completely knocked me. I was asked what I wanted to do when I finished school and told her I wanted to be a vet. Her reply was "Oh, you'll never be as good as James Herriot". I turned and walked away from her. I wanted to join the Royal Navy. Was told I wasn't tall enough. It stays with you. It affects you because any confidence you had no longer exists. Never thought I was clever, talented, worth anything. My children love me, my grandchildren live me, I bake cakes and have had many compliments for them. I now have a talent, I am clever, I am certainly pricelessly valuable. God told me 😊🙏

Good morning, I've been in a semi-dark place for a small while and this morning the light broke through. I watched Dr. Stanley on tv for the first time and he resonated with me. I decided to investigate and this is one of the articles/videos that popped up. All of these 10 hit home but the one that stood out most was "#6-keep learning." I'm a firm believer in continuous learning and it stood out. After that # 9-live wisely and then#10. All of these have been written down and will be kept in a bird's eye view from now on. Thank you.

I esp liked the issue of Rejection. I am going through this now as a family member has turned away from God, is not equally yoked, his family is Muslim, and she now rejects me for numerous reasons I am sure. So, the 3 essential feelings helping me to stand my ground and move on with my life are good to see: I have a sense of belonging, I am worthy and have a solid grip on my personality and mental health issues, and I am competent. I live alone and I am the only one who can maintain a house, the outdoor challenges of keeping the grass and gutters free, and all of those are challenges, and yet I still am walking with Jesus daily, an He alone is helping me to overcome this rejection and all of my own challenges.
