CT "non-iron" shirts are NOT non-iron. This was false advertising.

I have several slim shirts which fit well. The slim dress shirt which I just received from C. T. fits like a Parachute.

Got a proper cloth in the mail recently. Shiny but way overpriced. I asked coworkers how much they thought it was. Everyone guessed 1/4th of the cost. That tells u something

Tyrwhitt rhymes with spirit. The y sounds like an i and the ‘wh’ is silent (Tirit).

Do you typically wear an undershirt under your dress shirts? I think it makes a difference with whatever dress shirt brand ends up as your favorite.

Always. I wear Tommy John or All Citizens. All Citizens are really durable and less $$ than Tommy John.

Some guys don’t want to see any undershirt, so they choose denser materials. The true “non-iron” blends from CT are not opaque and you won’t see the undershirt

Frankly, button placement is a very easy do-it-yourself fix, you don't need to spend $10 with a tailor to do it.

True. However it’s worth it for me. To make this alteration is not worth the amount of time it would take. It’s a “value” decision. I’m poor at sewing and to take the time to be good at it is not worth the time for me.
