He's clearly an American speaking in a fake UK accent. These people are agitators, propagandists, failed entertainers, and zionist puppets. When I fist watched the video, I kept having to jump around to see if he was American or Scottish, because he seemed to be an American in the UK doing some kind of Scott Manley impression. I then realized that he was actually supposed to British, but he's clearly not able to keep the accent up all the time, which is why I was confused. He seems to either be drunk or suffering from some kind of brain damage, so I hope that he is either arrested or put in some kind of mental institution real soon.
