Can we please talk about the pure musicality that is 2:45? That shit is incomparable to anything I've ever heard. It makes you wanna just fall in love with the idea of music all over again.
@johnredcorn11316 жыл бұрын
Ian Tourangeau Some of the most creative playing I've ever heard. In a genre that is so hard to sound new and refreshing this guy has the magic hands dude. And the mind of a 69th degree wizard. If Bach, Plini, Mozart, Tosin, Jason Becker, Jason Richardson, Jeff Loomis, Micheal Romeo, And Eric Johnson all busted a nut in a jar and then a science lab mixed them all together and Used Paul Gilbert's mom to host the child and for 9 months in the whom she listened to nothing but Rick Graham you tube videos . This guy would be that child. It's hard to "stand out" in this genre and he is front and center. to me at least

Beyond that shit, when you really look at what’s being played the hand positions are so awkward and difficult that it seems totally unplayable. I would know I tried, and I’m a halfway decent guitarist but no where near Charles.
@DanielRodriguez-gm1ih5 жыл бұрын
I agree so much. I have been playing guitar for ten years and the techniques that he used in that just part and it sounds so good. He is using the guitar pick, while fingering the strings, taping on the fretboard, sliding and doing sweep picking while doing some really weird hard progression. Yet he manages to make it sound beautiful and not just a bunch of fast random notes. so creative!

Single coils have such a good aggressive tone for Metal, and if you like doing clean stuff you're going to be happy. Totally recommend you a stacked pickup with the option of single coil. You'll have both worlds of single and humbucker in one guitar
@theinfinityscout32893 жыл бұрын
@@umrasangus ya know you can do the same with a guitar that has humbuckers that can do a coil split (turns the humbucker into a single coil)?
