Charleston Navy Base Riverfront Park on the Cooper River

I grew up in Charleston and went to the naval base for all my medical needs-it bring back old memories-sad to see it in such awful shape-a lot of history there

Is this the Polaris Base (Minriv)? I was stationed at the Naval Hospital 79-80 and also visited the Naval Station next door but never went to the other base.
