Am too, quite disturbed by that, I can only think that it's a sort of typical British thing to allow open expression, speech, marches etc, and the role of the police is mostly to keep opposing sides separate, to avoid violence. When there is violence and burning of shops, stealing things inside etc as in 2011, there were arrests and immediate prosecution, the courts were working 24/24 hrs.
