It's a shame we lost a living legend. I saw him in 1979. We lost all of greatest artists of all time and today country music isn't country.

R.I.P. buddy you gave so many people feel good when they’re not feeling good. I’m one of those people getting very depressed but I just put on one off your concerts and I always end up crying but feeling better. I don’t know what I’m going to do now. I loved going to your concert. I’ll get your autograph up in heaven. Right on brother.

Look at this greatest of all the Country stars...at 82! Almost unbelievable to be like that at that age. In interview tho', Charley said he was admonished very early on to NOT get into the drugs, booze...and he lived a rich, full, straight life...still, who ever kept that extraordinary voice and stamina as he did. Glen Campbell is my next favorite (tho' I liked so many other great songs and artist. BUT, since Charley came on the scene, and today, after his recent dying, there shall not be his equal.
