@@wiskyr6510 Just referring to Bands in general. For example, in the 50s and 60s there were many instrumentals on the Radio. Sleepwalking, Wipe out, Green Onions just to name a few. Today’s music is all about vocals only. Vocals are fine but good instrumentals are special. IMO.

@@wiskyr6510 I love alternative country music as opposed to the stuff main stream puts out today. You can search the net for country instrumentals and find covers of older songs but it doesn’t have the sound I’m looking for.

@@wiskyr6510 I only used those examples because aside from the Cotton eyed Joe and some old Boots Randolph there isn’t any real country music instrumentals. Actually I prefer Alternative Country as it’s most in line with my taste in music. Today’s country instrumentals are just main stream hits covered by some band without vocals and it’s definitely not the sound I’m looking for. This Charlie Crockett tune was about as close as I’ve ever heard to what I would consider good. Whatever your tastes are I hope you enjoy.
