So Charlie thinks because he had an answer for everything, that’s reasonable doubt. The problem is that his answers were even close to reasonable.
@Anthonyistheone10 ай бұрын
He doesn't seem to grasp that the doubt can't just be doubt. It has to be REASONABLE that it happened that way and not the way the state says. It's so clear he was just trying to get found not guilty, not found not guilty because he was actually innocent.
@slingernolenation751810 ай бұрын
Yes. Charlie is stupid.
@marshapieroni667710 ай бұрын
Yep. He doesn't understand that if a jury could find him not guilty because he had an answer for everything the prison cells would all be empty. Just about anyone can make up a story and repeat it to themselves and have their lawyer quiz them on it for hours until they get it. Especially if they pay a lawyer.

Not that it will be any easier on them but I find it odd that the first two young victims to lose their father, Dan Markels kids, were boys as well. I hope they end up with devoted step/ foster parents that can give them what their fathers never could. 😢

It has to be heartbreaking for him to listen to his son having fun knowing he won’t ever see him except thru glass or an outdoor picnic table. He is too little to understand. If it were me I wouldn’t be able to take my child to prison to see his father thru Glass, but if I did it would be after the age 10. He is 6 he would never understand any of this. Something inside me makes me sad for Roman, but also happy that he won’t have Charlie raising him daily.

Listening to these people piss me off! He actually said because he had an answer for everything, that is reasonable doubt and these people actually agree with him. How is that helping? Since Bri likes to read responses, maybe you can deliver this to hunny boy…. No Charlie, reasonable doubt is when the jury is NOT convinced that you had any part in a certain situation. Like maybe the phone calls of you talking about how they have nothing on you or that you were actually being extorted. Your story is nonsense. Even a 5 year old wouldn’t believe that! There was 0 reasonable doubt. You had no other defense because you were busted. You are upset that you couldn’t get the jury to believe this story that anyone would tell when they were caught. It’s embarrassing at this point. Accept that it was you and your mom that are guilty. People have brains. You’re not the smartest person out there so all this talk about how everyone in the court was like a 3rd or 4th grader is ridiculous. That’s actually you for thinking anyone would believe that embarrassing defense.

Reasonable doubt is plausible not possible! Anything is possible but not everything is plausible. You could use an AI defense and say all calls were generated through AI. Possible? Sure with a lot of expertise and time, and resources that aren’t yet publicly available or even known as a technology yet to most people, but NOT PLAUSIBLE!
