Honsetly this is exactly what I need. When I feel frustrated or angry I either feel the urge to break things to calm down or I stay in my room for days with my headphones on *i still talk about my feeling but there are times I just want to be left alone because there are reason why I don’t like talking about my problem to others because they can bias and make excuse for people’s action and flaw*
@giyuutomioka69746 ай бұрын
That's honestly understandable. Ive had a lot of moments like this. Do you have a backyard and maybe a sledgehammer? It feels good to let off some steam that way. A physical outlet always can feel good. Even when some people may have a justifiable reason to make excuses, that doesn't mean they shouldn't be responsible for what they choose to do. It's one thing to be responsible for something but it's another thing to take accountability for ones actions.

As a man with anger troubles and an occasional urge for violence, I want to thank you. Also, for those of you who have trouble with your anger, know this.. Its okay to be angry. Be sure that if you do anything you wouldnt do, that its important to take responsibility for what you do. But to de-escalate your anger, try these tips. 1. Think about someone you love. Someone you could never hurt and imagine that person hugging you. 2. Talk to a trusted friend. 3. Be sure to be around someone you trust to remove you from the situation. Dont start anything. Take deep breaths. Youll be angrier when you breathe less because you wont be able to think clearly. 4. Have conventional methods that you can use to relax your anger. Its a common method for those with PTSD, or for those who suffer anxiety or panic attacks. Try repeating someone's name or a location you have fond memories of or something you care deeply about.

That'd actually be kinda nice. Especially since Bruce happens to have a level of tolerance for managing his anger. Like that scene in the avengers when Tony gives him a bit of a shock from something pointy. Bruce immediately knew not to hulk out since it was just a slight prank. He wouldn't get angry over something small like that. I however am still learning on how to better manage my anger. I've dealt with anger issues for years. The main key for me is to just use an appropriate amount of anger for certain situations and maturing over the years has helped as well.

You're not alone my friend. I too have trouble with my anger. The problem is, i basically couldnt do anything without having trouble from anyone. Even if i were justified, people would give me crap. Ive had relatively violent tendencies but no way to get my anger out. And ive been this way since elementary school and im an adult now. I always feel like i just wanna break stuff and tear things apart and just wreak havoc and cause carnage. If you want, you could find some old wood, or some junk and, hit it with a sledgehammer. It feels really good to do that. But do be careful if you choose to do this. You dont want anything flying around and possibly hitting you or someone else.

@giyuutomioka69746 ай бұрын
Well it depends on the kind of person the listener is. Ideally she's likely talking about physical catharsis. If you don't know what catharsis is, basically it's a feeling of relief in a dramatic way. For example, let's say you're really angry and having a bad day. You could probably slam a sledgehammer into some wood and break it and you'd do this a few times. Thats a cathartic feeling. A less conventional method but is also harmless to others and yourself is by screaming. Sometimes you get so angry you just wanna scream to let it out. Thats another example of catharsis. Punching something depends on what it is. As a man who's punched walls, I don't recommend it. It definitely hurts. You want to be giving the pain in a way that allows you to get your emotions out. But hurting yourself will be counterproductive. Alternatives can be Going on a long walk If you have a vehicle, going for a drive Running on a track and pounding your feet into the pavement Lifting weights Hitting a punching bag, or as the video suggests, a pillow or a bed. Or maybe even something like cooking/baking something to eat. Or Maybe listening to music/podcast, or whatever nature sounds you prefer. Taking a shower can also help Along with maybe drawing or even talking/texting friends. Anything like that can be a form of catharsis.

Hey Vanilla, I've got a great idea for your next video. Listen to this: Charlie takes Listener under her wing and teaches the Listener her magic powers and abilities.

Yeah I can say I’ve been there with anger before 🥺 3 years ago my best friend passed away from her disease that took her life. 😢 I begged and pleaded for her to come back to me, but she told me it was out of her control. When she died, I was angry at everyone for so long. Angry at the world, angry at her parents, angry at her friends for abandoning her. And I felt like it was my fault and it that I couldn’t save her. 🥺 I’m okay now and I’m more accepting that her time was up. But I’ll never forget her. That’s why I like that Charlie cuddle video so much 🥹 becoz when I cuddled with her. it was a safe place for me to forget all my problems. 🖤 Sorry about the essay here, sweetie. 💕 just wanted to let you know your video got me through any leftover pain from my past when I was 17. 🥹

I'm sorry for your loss. Losing someone you care about is hard. It makes you feel like you're mad at the world and practically would feel like watching the world burn. But I'm glad you're better. Anger issues aren't easy. And most of the time, when you're angry about losing someone you love, it's usually actually sadness. It's just easier to be angry than to show sadness.

Can you make more Lucifer ones? Perhaps one where Lucifer makes the listener laugh after a rough day? Or crafting ducks with him? Also the Charlie ones are so lovely!! Whoever is doing her, you sound just like her! Keep up the good work! ❤️❤️❤️

I know she's just frantically trying to help us but she gives off so much ADHD vibes

Would make sense. Lucifer in the show kinda gives off signs that he also has ADHD.

I think it's more of herself feeling probably uncomfortable or awkward but trying to help the situation in a case she isn't used to.

Is disappointment also valid just like anger because the reason why I ask because I get more disappointed than angry in situations and that's why I asked this question
@giyuutomioka69746 ай бұрын
Indeed. Disappointment and anger can sometimes go hand in hand. It's not the most common occurrence, but it happens. It's more of a reactionary emotion. If it helps, try zoning out, just drown out the world around you in a mental state of pure bliss. Imagine yourself in a peaceful ocean in the rain if it helps. You're just floating aimlessly and just relaxing in the water. Letting your senses just drift off and you can let your mind just float around in peace as all the noise around you is muffled and eventually silenced.

I completely agree but how I visualise is senior Forest at night when there's a full moon walking down a path hearing crickets and wolves and as I walk I see a wolf walking past but that's just how I visualise
