Would love to get Shannon Moore on here. Guy was lowkey involved in some of the most important times and promotions in wrestling and always flew under the radar and I never understood why. Guy had a unique gimmick, look, a cool move set, and seemed like a really down to earth guy

I'd like to hear his thoughts on his debut in WWECW. It seemed like they were going to build him up for a decent midcard spot and then they have CM Punk just bury him. Wonder if that was all to build up Punk or if that was a matter of backstage heat

Besides Rey Mysterio, Ultimo Dragon is the best cruiserweight WCW had. His stuff looked great. Even in WWE I thought it looked ok. They never gave his matches much time.... I can't imagine giving him just 5 minutes against Eddie or Rey, but they did.

He was definitely one of the most talented of the Cruiserweights, but the issue that entire division was loaded with too much talent. Even kind of mid-tier guys like Vampiro, Thuder Liger and La Parka were way too good.

Charlie Haas......pretty much the only wrestler I ever met in person. At a meet and greet at an A&W in Michigan back in 2004. When he was with Miss Jackie and Rico. Certainly an interesting experience being 14 years old at the time.

Didn't Ultimo Dragon have major knee surgery before his WWE run? I always thought that was the reason he was ultra-cautious during that time.

It was his arm, i think he had a botched surgery on his arm and ended up getting nerve damage that forced him to retire for a few years

Yeah every report i heard from wrestlers say he was in bad shape during his wwe run because of the botched surgery with the nerve damage and was nothing like in the 90s. Essentially couldnt feel anything on half of his body/arm so it would throw him and thus his opponent off

He's still active in Dragon Gate but he's a shadow of his former self. Using La Magistral as a finisher now as the Asai DDT he needs a powerful opponent to do all the work for him. No moonsaults or running powerbombs

Haas couldn't hang with 1996 10 title Ultimo Dragon. By 2003 he was 37 while Haas was 30 Dragon had injuries and Haas was still young and a top tag team competitor Haas also had tremendous height and weight advantages WWE wanted to unmask him that's why he left

For this episode I did find Charlie to be whisper quiet meanwhile Paul's mic is earth shatteringly loud. Maybe they could ask the chat "hows the audio guys" during the stream or something.
