Well one should hope there's a bit of consideration on both ends. Are you marrying your partner or your tradition? Are you hoping to spend forever with this person or the idea you have been sold about how to spend whatever. Marriage is wonderful and suiting for some and not for others and not for anyone else to decide for you, especially your partner. The only thing he shouldn't have spoke of was her specifically. I mean, I realize he considers himself married, but if I were Morgana I would be pretty damn mortified after hearing this.
@BrynnDanu4 жыл бұрын
@@angelxxsin It is one thing to have consensus about not getting married like e.g. Lisa Bonet and Jason Momoa had for a long time. But it is another one to go out in public and say "I'm only marrying her, because she won't stop asking about it. In truth I don't really care about it though." That's a massive dick move, extremely insensitive and if I was her I wouldn't know if I had stayed.

@Ocean5ix4 жыл бұрын
@@BrynnDanu Is it though? Why does he has to get married instead of her not getting married? It's two sides of the same coin, both want something different and it has worked this way for 14 years. Obviously it would be better if someone gives in and I see him talking about being okay with marrying her but not her being okay with not marrying him. To me a relationship is about respecting your partner more than anything. Like I said their "stalemate" has worked pretty fine for 14 years, if she's offended that he was honest about a subject I assume has been talked about multiple times during these 14 years she seems very insecure and I don't blame her since she gets a lot of BS from fans saying he's too good and handsome for her. But I mean, if a guy this handsome and famous has been with you through his late 20's and entire 30's (which is pretty much the years where these guys go bat shit crazy) you should't be that insecure.
@BrynnDanu4 жыл бұрын
@@anima8720 Not that I'd be the slightest interested in YOU staying with ME lol. Fact is, that it has become quite the male strategy to lead women on with THEIR childish "No strings attached" scheme. Which in many cases simply translates to being afraid of committment, flexing the matter of responsibility for a partnership, enjoying all the advantages without compromising and making women stay longer than necessary with a guy that couldn't care less about their feelings. Yes, women appreciate symbolic acts of togetherness and in this special case probably also would like to know whether there are any greater future plans to realise in a relationship like e.g. having a family together. Buildig solid together, focussing on the "we" and make each other thrive by dedicated teamwork lies in a woman's nature as a female being that is meant to nurture familiar togetherness. Denying a woman to even aspire such aspects of herself, calling her out for it as being insecure or belittle her emotional desires by shaming them in public is the most selfish, tactless and egocentric male behaviour to show. While he is used to be in the spotlight, getting all the attention by especially female fans and making his career the major force in their common life, she is required to frequently show patience, make sacrifices, deal with devaluing comments by her partner's fangirls and for that is getting her deepest and most private wishes publicly discredited by her own guy. In front of the camera while everyone is watching. You bet he did the right thing apologising afterwards out of exactly the reasons mentioned above. And your blantant comment rather suggests that YOU should grow tf up and a) overthink why you feel the urge to tell a woman you don't even know what she should be willing to accept in sense of male behaviour and b) ask yourself why you think it's alright that a man announces in public how he doesn't really care about nor share the life goals of his woman.

Charlie hit on the perfect summation of marriage, as far as it applies to me. I'm absolutely not against the institution of marriage, but it just serves no useful or necessary function in my life. I get that both are important to most people, but I just don't seem to possess that gene.

A rule of life every woman needs to understand is: if he say he doesn’t want to marry, it just means he doesn’t want to marry you (wich is not even something they necessarily notice until they truly fell for the one). Every men I ever met that said this married the right woman later in life.

I have to admit I’m a little disappointed to hear Charlie say that. Morgana has stood by him since before he was famous. She’s put up with a lot of scrutiny and out right bullying from his fans. I’m sure she’s sacrificed a lot so he can travel the world for his films. How can he be with her for over 14 years and not want give her something that’s important to her. Seems selfish imo
@TheRisingHeroz4 жыл бұрын
If she wanted to get married than this is something they should have talked about in the early years of their relationship. Marriage has probably come up every now and then for Charlie and Morgana and if she really wanted to get married then she should have made that clear. Charlie has been married before and it didn't work out, and sometimes marrying someone doesn't always work they could end up divorcing each other. Stop blaming Charlie maybe put some blame on Morgana maybe she should have spoken up earlier on

@@angelxxsin the thing is I don't know. What I do know is that everyone is making Charlie seem like such a bad guy but the man has a failed marriage before so it affected how he viewed it probably and if she really wanted to get married this is a conversation you have with your partner early on not years and years later. Also Charlie was probably just being honest I doubt he was trying to bad mouth her. Both of them should be to blame Charlie probably doesn't want to get married and Morgana does they should discuss this. The people in these comments are saying Charlie is mean and that he should just marry her but what about him? If he doesn't want to get married then he doesn't have to if she does then she should realize that having him propose to her just to make her happy instead of both being happy is not the way to go

In mystic thoughts, 40 symbolizes the ascent from one level to a higher one & spiritual awakening. When we mourn, we mourn for forty days. When a baby is born, it takes forty days for him to get ready to start life on earth. The flood of Noah lasted forty days. Jesus went into wilderness for forty days & nights. Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) was forty years when he received the call to become a prophet. Buddha meditated under a linden tree for forty days.

I think the reason why they become indifferent to marriage is that they do not believe in one god. They get caught up by trinity and sacrifice and they live like that. I think it gives you a structure in life when you are Muslim. Structure and you become self conscious and know how to get over your lust about materialism, therefore you submit to one god only.

Yeah but 13 to 14 YEARS with his girlfriend whom he KNOWS wants marriage and he's too selfish to give her that. That's pretty fucking twisted. I feel bad for her for wasting so much time on a man that doesn't care about marriage. Who wants to be the eternal girlfriend? I guess that's what happens when you get the milk for free. I barely know this actor and have lost all respect for him. If BOTH partners do not care for marriage, that's fine! but if you're with someone that does and you cannot give them that and yet you milk them for 14 years...yeah, boy bye. There's nothing honorable, manly nor mature about him to be at all. Just a boy. And, before anyone gets angry with me I also don't believe in pressuring a man to marry you. If he wants to be a boy then leave him. Real men deserve women who want to take the next step.

You also have to remember any time anyone else is doing press like this, or on TV, anything where theres a camera and a later projected video produced to be broadcast later (hello KZbin), there are normally tons and tons of heavy and VERY bright lights over the cameras, around the cameras, sometimes as even as far as hovering above shot/from an angle hanging down. it's quite a production to make sure everyone in the frame is attractively lit for the sake of quality purposes.so while he probably just didn't feel like taking them off, the lights do play a role, where as bono and other famous people who are known for alwaaaaays wearing glasses even during night preformances (tons of lights present from stage) they also have an actual medical condition where light or intense brightness causes them to have messed up vision, sensitivity, and worsen side effects so they just use prescription sunglasses. it's just a thing 🤷🏻♀️

@@alexman378 haha. What benefits exactly does she get if he marries her? And what is this "committed relationship" and how should it be different from marriage? Because when he cheats and decides to dump her, he won't be held responsible by any legal ties. Men are just trying to get out of responsibility. That's why marriage scares the hell out of most of you.
@alexman3784 жыл бұрын
Iryna Kalychak What benefits does she get? 3/4 of his shit, the kids if they have any, the house and that’s just a few. Many men end up homeless or suicidal because of how divorces go. That’s what men are scared of. He hasn’t cheated on her in 14 years, and he was hot as hell (straight man here and I can easily say it), doubt he’ll be doing it any time soon. He was at his peak in Sons of Anarchy in terms of success, I don’t think he will ever have something as big as that, even if he is in big budget movies. Said it before, I’ll say it again, Bezos’ wife is on the top five richest women in the world right now just because of a divorce. Not because she accomplished anything, just because she divorced the right man. So fuck off, men get jack squat out of a marriage, women get everything. When there is absolutely zero incentive, why would we want to marry, especially when women can divorce us without any reason due to no-fault divorce?
