Great to see the improvements at Templar's Inn since the new owners have taken charge. I wish them well with their enterprise and thank them for providing sought after facilities. Business people who invest in imprivements for campers deserve our support.

Beautiful area, but IMO, €20 is too expensive for an Aires, particularly when you more than likely will spend money on food and drink there too

Thanks for your comment Annette. €20 is a bit stiff but your getting hook up & water disposal I think having Black water disposal is worth it alone IMO and I do think if you spend a few bob in the bar and mention that you are staying something "might" be done on the price .....

@@CharlieandMeOurCampingVlog I would take it as €5 because you are getting hook up too, which is worth €5 and the water facilities too, you might say worth another €5 and then if that is not enough, you get a bar and restaurant which used to be EXCELLENT and probably still is which has to be worth another €5 and saving you having to travel elsewhere which would probably cost you another €5 minimum return . So in effect it is actually only costing €5 for the pitch (stopover). Oh, and rubbish disposal too...You have to put this in to the correct perspective. The old saying goes.... you can't please them all, all of the time !

Just stayed here on St Patrick's day for two nights but left after one night! The reasons why, are that we picked this place as it said that wifi was available but this wasn't the case! Wifi was available in the bar only! This was an issue for me as my wife has medical equipment that is reliable on wifi! Secondly the power with the ehu kept tripping and since getting home the battery warning light on the control panel in our camper has been flashing! The biggest issue though was that we arrived around two o clock and paid paul for the two nights! We went in at seven o clock to have some food inside and were told by the barmaid that there wasn't food available as the chef had injured himself! We weren't informed of this when paying for the parking! Some other campers there were informed that food wouldn't be available but we weren't! We didn't get a chance to make provisions. Communication needs to be a bit better! When leaving the following morning the hose was leaking where you empty your black water and you couldn't clean the cassette! I know this is a new aire and there will be teething problems but just inform people when they arrive! @ charlie and me. Keep up the blogs. They are really informative.

WOW sorry to hear that David. The power is only 6am this we knew so it really will only run the basics in the van !!! seen as you need more power if I remember I will mention the power available on sites it could be handy for others to know as well Thanks for watching
