Looks to me like the owner just plonked camper vans and caravans on the play area for established static caravans. I wouldn't be too pleased if I owned a static there and my view was now a camper van/caravan.

it wasnt a play area to be honest but it was to see how popular it would be and now they are developing the 5acres next door ....

not developed yet wasn't quite during our stay facilities need a revamp enjoyed location for cycling. but wouldn't stay again unless facilities improve
