Charlie isn't the only one on the team with morals, character, hard working, good grades, and is a good person. Listen to what he's saying. He's talking about the real man that Deion Sanders really is. He spoke about Shedeur and his teammates. Deion made it clear from the start that CU was going to be a team for everybody and it wasn't about race and money. Deion Sanders has consistently stated that he's teaching them to be more than football players. He's teaching them to be great men beyond football.
