Easily one of, if not, the best interview I've seen from the 'Charlie' era. No gimmicks, no games, just real, down to earth, informative conversation with excellent questions. Brilliant.

Charlie's completely changed how I listen to music. I'll put my headphones on and try to listen to every aspect of every song. I'll look for the sound effects, and the different layers. music has always been my form of therapy, and he's made it better. its the most amazing experience. as far as albums go, Voicenotes is my favorite. not one single song sounds like the others. Through It All is my favorite song on the album. I was going through a very dark period in my life when I heard it, and I immediately started bawling my eyes out. it was like he had written it for me. I know that sounds weird, but its how I feel. every word perfectly described how I had been feeling, but I was too afraid to say it out loud. I listened to it over and over again and thought "someone gets it. someone understands EXACTLY how I feel". I had never had a reaction like that to any other song. it was amazing. about a year later I got "through it all" tattooed on my forearm for my birthday. thank you Charlie, for being an inspiration for me, and a newfound reason to smile again.

You have a cellphone. There's a bunch of free apps that people make music on. You don't need anything more than what you have.

And there is the entitled person who doesn't know anything about music production. Thank you for stating such an privileged statement. And yes I know exactly what you are talking about, and no it is not the same as actually being able to record and produce music. But thanks so much for showing how privileged you are, because in your world poverty is only a mindset, and not what happens when circumstances ruin your capital.
@just1narcissist2 жыл бұрын
@@wolfsisterhowls Man you don't get it.....Ik there are many apps but a cellphone is not meant for music production at all you can make small beats but not even close to the studio versions. Making professional music requires tons of investment or atleast average assets.

Bro but the Elton John thing just crashed his career. Look how he's lost his popularity. People don't count on him anymore. The rising star in 2018 who had enough potential to be the next top artist now is lagging behind. He actually needed to work with other producers and to get help from the label...now his latest album songs didn't even crossed 10k sales and look at the views! How sad to see a exceptional artist being a flop.
