The biggest problem is that Ralph is such a unnecessary character at this moment. It would have been way more fitting for him to be an ally and then who would kill him would be the villains with the same. That would have been more interesting and more significant to the story.

This is kind stupid, she could have drawn his attention by shouting and running away, then he would have gone after her and The other agent, when she was close enough to him, would have knocked him out. That was the simplest to avoid any lifes being taken and any bad writing happening.

Because the director literally blamed the failure of this on men lol. The 2000s Charlie's Angels movies were huge successes, Kill Bill is a classic, Salt was great, etc. Just because this has women in it doesn't mean we're mad about it. That isn't the reason.
