Especially Jaclyn still is a role model for me, she seemed and still seems so down to earth and polite! I even got her haircut from the 70s and my hairdresser was so amazed to be able to do that cut again, also my friends around me loved that cut and I was like "yeah, those were good times back then, in many belongings!" Of course I didn't experience what living in the 70s was like, but every time I'm watching CA I really wish we could turn back time, because live seemed to be that much "cooler" back then than it is nowadays... Sorry for my probably bad English!

Exactly- keep in mind, the Fonz brought them together for the very last time. I'm sure Henry Winkler still remembers this memorable reunion. Sadly, Farrah Fawcett passed away from colorectal cancer, 3 years later. Now, the surviving original Charlie's Angels are mostly retired!!!

I was on a flight to LA and sat next to Farrah. We talked all the way through the flight (she couldn't sleep on flights like me) she was the most down to earth loveable person I will never forget her, god love you darling Farrah x

I always think of the introduction to Charlie's Angels when they walk out of the police academy and when Jill/Farrah walks out she waves to the person walking by. I felt that was probably unscripted and just Farrah being Farrah and it worked for Jill Monroe was equally as bubbly so they probably kept it in the intro.

I was born in 1982, so I didn't get to experience Charlie's Angels while it was new. I watched reruns of it with my dad in the mid to late 80s and still watch it today since I have the complete series on DVD. RIP Farrah.

I don't see that. Maybe Farah and Jaclyn but Kate has always been aloof towards her other co=starts. She may have been friendly with J&F but she is so distant. The scene where they even try to hold hands with her and she looks away and moves her hand. I know she and Cheryl Ladd could not stand each other but I have watched other interviews where with the originals where Kate is not so warm and cozy as her other two colleagues..

When I saw her during her stint on "Days of our lives" I thought she might be sick? I hope not but that might explain the weight gain. Maybe she is on a medication that causes weight gain as a side effect or something? Maybe just age. She is in her 70's now like Jackie Smith.

Watching these three on a cold Winter night in the UK in the 70s was a real tonic. All that glamour and those wonderful sunny sets. RIP Farrah. Her death was overshadowed by Michael Jackson's who died the day after her. She was a great actress too. Anyone else seen The Burning Bed? A brilliant performance from Farrah.

She had signed a seven-year contract with Spelling-Goldberg to do The Rookies. She was committed to do another series with them if The Rookies got canceled before then, which it did. That's why she was Angel No. 1 and co-created the show (but was never credited for it...). She did four seasons of The Rookies and three of Charlie's Angels. So she honored her contract. But after Spelling/Goldberg wouldn't let her do "Kramer vs. Kramer" Kate wanted out. She finished season 3 but she was certainly not going to come back for season 4 after they had done her dirty. Leonard Goldberg said they tried to talk her into staying but she wanted to leave which she did eventually. Aaron Spelling is on record saying "hell what next!". Because he knew no one could replace the amazing Kate Jackson. Kate held Cheryl at arm's length. And that's ALL she did. Kate had her good reasons for not liking phony Cheryl who was a nobody when she landed the role. Ladd became an insufferable diva right away who treated the little people on the set like crap. People seem to overlook the fact that it's always been Cheryl Ladd who brings up how Kate Jackson hates her. Whereas Kate has never ever said a negative thing about Ladd in any interview. Somebody has a lot of class alright, but it sure as hell isn't Ms. Ladd.

I agree with you. I was devastated when Farrah left the show. It was my favorite show, and it still is, and I watched the show every Wednesday on ABC. They had chemistry, and they loved each other. I can't imagine how long the show would have run had Lee not wanted Farrah to quit. So, it's all Lee's fault! I still have all my posters of Farrah, Jaclyn and Kate, and they're rolled in a tube. The original 3 angels had something you can't replicate. They continued to be good friends after the show.

I was so glad I watched this that night. The music cam on and seeing them together was so amazing. I agree that the audience should have been more respectful to them and appreciate them. For my generation, this show with strong women meant so much!!! I loved it then and still love it to this day! All 3 are beautiful! Aaron Spelling was incredible in what he created and I didn't even know until 6 years ago that he had been an actor. I saw him in 2 of my favorite movies from the 50s-Vicki and Black Widow.
