My theroy is that you're playing as a person who hates some guy named Charlie who is also a scientist. Charlie died for a strange reason (it is not stated in the game), but for a strange reason the scientist chopped up his soul and put it into an endless storage of steaks and puts the souls inside. He can finally take his anger on the steaks, and as days go on, he started to go psycho he goes far to taking his tongue off over and over again.
