I have always wanted to see Los Angeles, I always thought it was a wonderful place to live, work and play. Beautiful sunshine, awesome beaches etc. But I guess nowadays, like everything else it has changed and not for the better. I'm not sure now that I do want to go to Los Angeles but I would love to see Hollywood, Sunset Blvd. etc. Thanks for sharing Charlie, keep safe and well!

I kind of imagined this dreamy place too growing up in Europe. Seeing these places firsthand had me sober up really quickly - I've never seen that in Europe. But the tourist areas of LA are definitely worth visiting - no castles, though 🙂

Wow how sad, everything has changed and that is not a good thing in this case, when I moved from OC to LA in the early 90s, skid row was only one block and half on 6th street, Silverlake was my neighborhood for over 20+ years, so sad to see all this, my friends tell me tell me that nothing is the same a lot of it resembles ny now. I would definitely visit, but no way i would ever move back
