To anyone else in their mid 20s or late 20s, if you see all these "successful" young people here, just remember that you're enough wherever you are in life. Thank you for this. I turned 25 yesterday and the only real things I have to show for myself are a decent savings (nothing compared to these people in the video) an old car, and a high school diploma. Birthdays have not been fun for me as I've gone through my 20's, wondering and stressing about my path in life & that I'm doing nothing with my life but hosting part time at a restaurant. But I did just attend Coachella for the first time this year which is what interested me in this video because Coachella was pretty pricey, just for the bare minimum experience. I'm glad I watched this video because it sparked something in me (also probably the fact that I'm now 25) to take control and start thinking, learning, and growing. Hopefully I can keep this determination and motivation. Good luck to all of you that even slightly feel stuck in life like me. We are enough, and we're doing just fine where we are. We've gotten this far. I got this, you got this, we got this :)

I hate when they say “work hard” as advice for people who are poor….we’ve BEEN working hard since we were legally able to, probably to a higher degree than some of them. I know it just sounds like complaining but it’s way easier to ‘invest in yourself’ and double down. And be patient when you have a safety net (trust fund, well-off supportive parents, etc) most Americans can’t afford a $1000 emergency, let alone take off months or years off to pursue entrepreneurship. Working hard isn’t advice, it’s a a reality for most people.

Most of these people don’t seem to be self made starters like they’re trying to project. I wonder how the flipping houses lady was able to afford investing a million dollars into a project. Maybe it was her ceo divorcee. Sometimes hardwork is not enough, the circumstances have to be right too. Some of this advice is good. Go for your goals, entrepreneurship is not for everyone, fear can hold you back. The difference is these people likely have a huge cushion to fall back on if their effort fails. The violinist lady seemed to be the most realistic. You’re not hearing from people who started a business, failed, lost everything, worked hard, turned it around and now are at coachella. Spending over 4k for a single person including airfare for this festival is insane to me. They’re free to have fun, but coachella definitely has an elitist side to it.

The flipping houses lady admitted that she started flipping houses after the divorce and that her ex-husband is the CEO of multiple companies. She also answered the question of how was she able to pay for Coachella by saying she is a divorced lady, before saying she flips houses. She was pretty honest.

He should have asked better questions like how are you self-made? Coming out of a divorce doesn't make you self-made if you're receiving alimony. Lots of people at Coachella and Ultra are being funded by their families.

One tip that I can give for anyone that could use it, if you do not have an upbringing from your parents or even if you do, PLEASE finish high school for one, if you did not have the greatest GPA to give you a head start into college, take the community college route if you are not certain in what you want to pursue. If you are able to commit to a 4-year university, COMMIT. You will thank yourself in the future if you focus extremely hard for 4 years. Advice that I wish I had gotten and followed years ago from my dad is, "Sometimes you need to sacrifice 5+ years, so you can get 30 in the future. You can't pursue your passion if you're broke." To take from this, sometimes it can be best for you to take the "safe and secure" money making job. For example, I was above average at math and I wish I committed to finish Accounting because it is a safe, high base-pay career. As a current college student, your success is determined on how well you can learn and retain information. Learn and develop studying skills and methods. Live your life for you and not to prove to others what you have.

Steezy is incredible! I was so happy to see the co-owner in this video. I've been subscribed to the platform for years. They have amazing dance classes from incredible teachers, including pioneers of the particular dance styles. 100% regular So Cal gal here, love Coachella, car camp I spent about 3k total on a two tickets, regular car camp pass, gas, food prepped, I have tons of camping gear, and I spent about 500 of that budget inside the festival. Traveled with 4 friends so one ticket was bought by a friend. We traveled from Vegas this year because I just got transferred….hope that helps the average person looking to attend. And I’m in my 40’s no age shaming with the regulars. Always have a great time in the general area. This year the gates didn’t let you line up you literally had to be there about 1-2 before 9a any earlier and it would had been pointless because there was no waiting .

I would say it is. I spent a lot on experiences and travel when I was single and had more time. Now because of my career, I don’t have as much time, and am planning for a family/home so it requires me to be more thoughtful financially. However, I don’t regret a single penny my younger self spent because I’ll have those stories, memories, and relationships that came from them for a lifetime

dear USA Festival Lovers. If a Festival has a VIP Area and you cannot bring your own foods and drinks and there is zones and you get controlled more than an airport, you have no idea what a music festival is. The best european festivals do not have this. Yes we have weird festivals as well, but the good one allow to bring your own food and drinks everyhwere and no controlls and frisking between camping and concerts. An VIPs, run away if you see that option. It means Festival will try to make it right for everyone and nobody happy.

I’m glad I did Coachella when I did. We went every year between 2008 and 2016. We had VIP tickets every year and stayed in hotels near by. I don’t think we ever spent more than $3K. The first year was probably under $400. You were able to pay for a day as opposed to a weekend back then. Also, I’m glad I found your content. This is interesting stuff.

I realized that the secret for making a million is saving for a better investment. I always tell myself you don’t need that new Maserati or that vacation just yet. That mindset helped me make more money investing. For example last year I invested $30k in crypto and made about $246k, but guess what? I put it all back and traded again and now I am rounding up close to a million.
