Definitely out of my comfort zone asking random people at supercharging station a bunch of really personal questions, but I had a lot of fun and learned a lot. Tesla owners are really nice, and almost everyone seemed to love their car haha.

Tony seems like a savvy guy, but actually Nikki might have been the smartest person you interviewed. She was aware not just about her own driving, but understood 'set it and forget it' equity investing, RE, and especially that even though she is the owner/founder of her restaurant, the employees are what made her business successful.

Yeah Tony seemed "Fake Smart" to me, at the end of the day his advice was totally unactionable and generic. It might inspire you and make you feel warm and fuzzy but it's not useful beyond that. Also I hate to come across as a hater, but "throwing cannabis events" does not sound like a 300k a year thing (perhaps revenue). That's one event a week profiting 7000 per event. Entire premium wedding venue's can't make that profit/booking rate.

Tony was amazing. It's not hard to see why he's successful. His approach, attitude and outlook on everything is the recipe for happiness and success. Alexander had a few good points as well. College isn't for everyone and trade schools are becoming more the norm. His advise about spending is good as well. You save all your life, then something happens and your health doesn't allow you to take advantage of it. Lastly, Nikki was as honest as can be. The hospitality business is a 24/7/365 lifestyle. You're either working it or preparing for it. Never a break.

I bought a used Tesla in 2017 with Free supercharging for Life, I LOVED it for a few years, this year everything started breaking and battery would not charge and had to be replaced, the quote to fix it was $30k... I sold for pennies compare to what I bought it for... and went back to a economical Honda HRV... It's great when you have a warranty, and when it's over and you have an older car, I would not recommend it, Also I had to replace tires every year because the car was so heavy, the tires would wear so much quicker... So all the savings I got from not buying gas, got eaten up by the tire replacement cost...

Great video. I agreed with everything the first guy said except for the showing up to work per your schedule part. I get his point. This can make people feel trapped, but face it. You're working for someone. You need to fill in the schedule as needed. It's why you were hired. The last person looked young to be retired. I have a feeling she sold her restaurant business and focused more on real estate and stocks. She is right though. Owning a restaurant is hard work and the returns generally aren't that great.
