a few tipps for early economy, overpoducing soap is good as you can create a trade route to eli bleakworth to auto sell the excess there, he pays very well for soap. But in general trade isnt really that usefull of a game until you can build the docklands stuff. Having one bigger settlement per island is usually better than multiple fragmented ones, since you only need to build your schools and stuff once then, not that impactful early but the requiered buildings for the later tiers do cost a fortune. you tend to overbuild your stuff, look the the statistics and try to match consumption and production to conserve money and workforce. I wonder how far you are gonna push the game, anno can be pushed insanly far by the way, the world record with the new docklands is 5.6 million inhabitans if i recall correctly. Love your content, the first real playthrough of games like anno are always something special, if you once know the perfect builds its near impossible to got back on them, so the first playthrouhs seem to be the only really unique ones.

I love seeing you play.... but your lack of warehouses makes me grind my teeth!!! you need to place more, and upgrade them, otherwise you're stuck to the carriages used by the production buildings alone, which means you loose about 25% to 50% of your production rate. Each level of citizens provides an extra upgrade for the warehouses und try to use cobblestone roads at production buildings (turn up that brick production to the max ;) ). Your house layout is nice to watch, but may cost you a huge remodeling in later stages of the game. Maybe you're up for an "capital" island for the investors later... tried that myself, looks awesome, but is a hell of a job to maintain! Anyway ... keep up with the the series, it's always a pleasure to watch them.

I’m not waiting for anything. The games pace is perfect, if anything I’d love it to slow down a little. This level of multitasking requirements makes for a challenging recording session from a content perspective.
