Just heard more of importance in 5 minutes then I learned the rest of my day. The modern day has so much more volume and so little content.

McCullough's wisdom and eloquence in contextualizing historical events and humanizing historical figures provides a meaningful perspective unmatched by anyone else.

I loved listening to him. Started with Johnstown Flood. I’m going to go watch HBO John Adams ⭐️

I saw the HBO miniseries on Adams and was really struck by it. Seeing it sent me to McCullough and other writers.
