For example, I just did a query on basement homes built 2010 or later in the entire county and there are on 5 listed. Price point starts at $370K. Lol wayyyyy less than NY!!!!!

3 story house. Nope. Going up and down those stairs will get old real quick especially when you have to move furniture and also as you get older. Every old person who had bought a multi story house has told me never to get one. They ended up getting rid of it eventually.

I totally agree with you. my husband is a ARMY VET and he served 20 years so everything hurts him, we had a 2 story home and we just sold it, now we are buying 1 story home from Paul Taylor 🙂 we are very excited it should be ready in August 2021 But this house is beautiful though 👍❤️💯

Oh no carpet period for that price range you think that there wouldn't be any carpet and also seen some on stairs. There where alot of details I liked but I didn't like the lay out of the master bathroom and would have preferred a white bathroom light. The kitchen was nice except I didn't like the open shelving would have preferred cabinets. But my pet peve for that price range I don't want to see any carpet and to see carpet on stairs and that price point is just tacky.
