As notorious as this made Hidden Valley sound, at least from outside appearance it doesn't look all that bad. It looks like many lower-middle class neighborhoods, and on this particular day, it doesn't look like a whole lot of anything is going on, and hardly anyone is out.

My point was that in Charlotte even the dicey neighborhoods don't look that bad like they do in some cities, particularly up North where the infrastructure is so old and decaying. If someone didn't know the history of that area, they would look at the video and think it was a quiet working class area of somewhat tidy modest homes. Someone isn't going to watch the video and think "oh, wow, scary gang area!"

I have a video request. Since you already done a video of South Blvd, I would like for you to do one of Tryon Street, heading south from University City all the way down to Steele Creek. Hope that you consider doing a video on that in the future. Thanks!

Good idea. I actually did shoot a video a few weeks ago of Tryon from the SC line heading north up to the Cabarrus County line in University. Got caught in the rain once I got north of Uptown though so the quality was bad. I'll capture Tryon again soon though and hopefully have the video uploaded this month.

Thanks, looking forward to it. I like the view of the skyline heading south on Tryon, plus there is a new traffic pattern where southbound traffic is redirected for several blocks, so it would be cool to show that off. Anyways, I always enjoy your vids.
