Hey There, just wanted to say THANK YOU a lot. I've been playing in a friendly band for a year now on keyboard(s) covering The Cure and your videos are a really precious material to learn from.

Thanks for this. My favourite Cure song. Time to put the Roland Boutiques to use.

Brilliant! Just used your video as a reference before playing this on both my Roland RS-09 and a borrowed Solina String Ensemble as I know they were the polyphonic keyboards The Cure owned around the time of Charlotte Sometimes. The RS-09 sounds exactly right, as I think it's a combination of the organ and string sounds rather than the pure string sounds of the Solina. Are you using one of the add on cards to get this sound from the Triton?

We never played that one, but it shouldn't be too hard to do; I can tack it on the list

This is brilliantly done. However, do you know what extra thing they do on their live version of this song? I can't quite pin it down. Is Roger playing the backing harmony of "charlotte sometimes" with the synth as well?

Thank you! Do you have a link to the version you're talking about, I'll check it out, thanks.
