I loved the looks but especially the golden green side. Was about to ask how it would work on an older eye when you answered my question and said it looked good on your mum. I’ve always understood that older eyes should avoid sparkle but I do like a bit of glitze! To avoid the crease makes sense though. I’d love to see you demo this on your mum. Not sure I can afford this one at present though sadly.

Great eye looks and really quick too. I have the first CT Christmas pallette from 2017 my first impression was "where's the mattes?" But the pallettes do really work and are easy to blend and use. I agree totally about the limited edition, really don't see the need to do that, very annoying. But great tutorial, thank you

I'm a 46 year old with a bit droopy eyelids and I played around with makeup one day and used a shimmery dark taupe shade in the crease O_O and it looked good I would have never thought that. some shimmery shades are not so shimmery and does actually give you a shadow but for most its a no go. The shade a used was a drugstore shade (the nude palette from Loreal) My money is spend on the Hourglass ghost palette but this look so stunning and the colors are gorgeous. I do have most of the colors in different palettes so Ill get over it :)

I'd put this on my birthday list but I'm too impatient. I was checking out the CT web page earlier and drooled 😂😂. I've used the annoying little sponge applicators for applying shimmer to the lower lid and, believe it or not, they work brilliantly! Thank you for doing wearable looks. I've hesitated drinking the Charlotte kool-aid because, honestly, I'm not one for the Hollywood/supermodel sort of hype. I'm maybe a little more interested in getting a Charlotte eye palette now especially since I just found out that Estee Lauder is trying to buy out CT, and apparently, when this has happened to other brands, EL changes the formula. I do, however, have CT's Unisex Healthy Glow and I really, really like it.

Charlotte Tilburys products really are gorgeous. And so is this palette... unfortunately. 🙈🙈🙈 I always wanted to have her pillow talk collection-so so beautiful! But everything is too expensive for the amount of product you get, and I AM indeed buying high end makeup. But it has to be reasonable and worth the money in a way, e.g. yesterday I ordered a bundle of two ABH palettes I always wanted for the price of one minus additional 20% discount.

I absolutely love my CT quad. It blends so easily and even the shimmery shades look good on 60 year old skin. The price is just so crazy. are there any other eyeshadows that are similar in quality?

Hi Gemma. Say, I am a big fan and a mug-toting member of the wolfpack! I am about your mum's age and I love her lipstick so much. I have so many lines around my lips I was wondering if there is a trick your mum uses or if she is just not as wrinkly. I try to use a lip pencil hoping to keep the color within but looking for something more helpful. Any ideas??? Thanks! Also would love to know mum's fave colors of lipstick.

Heads up!!! There's 10% off Charlotte Tilbury in John Lewis at the moment. Then it went up to 15%. It will come and go on John Lewis's site so get it while you can. They still haven't got the unlocked pallet by hourglass that's what I really really want. Have bought the ghost pallet just incase they do not stock the unlocked pallet..... Decisions decisions!!

I can tell you my experience with it. I have thin, bendy, tear-prone nails. Just one coat of OPI Nail Envy makes my nails hard as rocks, and I’ve tried several nail hardeners over the years. I used to use 4 coats of Sally Hansen’s Diamond Strength nail hardener, and even then it didn’t even come close. Perhaps your bottle has expired?

As lovely as the CT palettes are, they're just too sparkly to use regularly. I had the last one and ended up getting rid of it because there weren't many every day shades and I didn't want glittery eyes at the office! Perhaps I'll swatch this one to see if it's more wearable.
