My skin is the same. I could wear a hydrating foundation and NOT powder my face and I will look shiny for about 1hr, then my skin will suck all the moisture from my moisturizer, spf and foundation. And then my face LOOKS like I powdered it. I picked this up and and excited to try it.

This stuff works so well for me. I’m 59, no skin issues to speak of thanks to a lifetime of sunscreen (and English rainy weather and little sun!) and I use it with a concealer and a little powder in the same spots as you. But I’m not a full coverage fan so it works for me.

I love a great stick foundation. Lancôme is my favorite. People ask me all the time what makeup I am wearing when I wear it. You can powder it very lightly if you like or to set it. I prefer it without powder.

I did pick this product up at Sephora when I was there a few days ago. I thinks it’s stunning and blends beautifully. I’ve been wearing it every day. I am light-med and got the Fair 4 and it’s perfect.

I think so, too. Under another skin tint, over foundation, etc. Super comfortable and I wore this every time I did make up last week and always thought it looked so pretty. The video was pretty long, so I edited out a come back I did - but here's the tip - it you find it accentuates pores - try the Rae Morris silicone power with a powder puff. Just press into the pores over the foundation, and they disappear!

Generally CT products are too warm for me, but this one looks truly neutral and natural on you. I like the idea of a little bit of something something in the summer.

How does this foundation compare to the 3 drops one from Rituel de Fille and to that once viral Laura Mercier foundation? I‘m currently looking for a new foundation, and I found myself between these two, until your video just popped up… 😄

I'm not sure which LM you mean - they seem to have had many over the years. But the Ritual de Fille can easily be full coverage with three drops. It's beautiful and comfortable on the skin (check out my review on that one). There is a sheen finish - but it's not a mica finish. The sheen can be controlled with powder. The CT is not full coverage. It's just enough for me to even things up - but I believe if you build it for more coverage, you have more shine - more mica - and could start to look like a "tin man." I think the CT is perfect for summer. A glowing look - which is somewhat controlled with powder in areas you don't want (like the cheeks for me, the nose, for others). Both foundations make me feel confident - I just thing the CT is more in line with what I want in the warmer months. Hope this helps!

Sounds perfect! I might just use one drop for light coverage, and it’ll probably last me for a very long time. Looking forward to hopefully successful experiments with it! 😀

I think the Dior is more for everyday - and the CT is more for a summer fun look since I don't tan, I need a little something special. I also use the CT stick as a highlighter with coverage!

I love it - but for me the SuperGoop was too much! That said, if you already own it - try them together - you can always wash it off!

Looks great on you! But how can we get rid of the trough underneath the one eye? Dont’t understand it. I use rollers, etc. but haven’t found the holy grail yet. I love my UNREAL stick. I’ve used by itself and under foundation. I guess my skin is drier than I thought because it never looks shiny, just nicely glowy.

Everyone has a different facial structure, so I can't offer advice for you. For me, baring surgery, I think the trough is here to stay. For others, it's possible that puffiness is what is causing it. Puffiness can be addressed well with several kinds of under eye pads - I highly recommend SKYNICELAND and did a video on it a few years ago (you can watch here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rJzdaKCrjKyUqdksi=vS11s3sIch1u1qKg) DRMTLGY also has some that work nicely. with the SkinIceland, I also used a roller on top of it and BOY that did the trick. It was temporary, but amazing.
