@@HomeVideo-c7s I'm not a big fan of soprano voices in metal in general and even if Tarja is not the best soprano she's a pioneer along Liv Kristine and Kari Rueslatten and she's one of the most famous female singer in metal nowdays, I think only Doro reached her success outside the band

@@KurtHiemcke But Floor and Simone are both frontwomen of big band, is more easy for them :) Charlotte now is walking by her own with the support of fellows ex Delain but she's indipendent so a bit harder but she will make it. I also think that Charlotte's solo work is far superior from the solo albums by both Simone and Floor.

@@Robocat9000 Nowadays, it's all pop-esque, easy, chillout & silly, listening. Nowbody seems to read the lyrics from songs - i do that, since i was 12, FR! Diana only does have cute looks, but no voice, for my ears. Sounds very replaceable & boring. Its the same, when for example Nightwish became famous - and overnight, there have been literally dozens symphonic bands out there, with female singers, just to copy their style - and 98% of them have been like cr@p, because it was always a cheap, copykatz show.

Indeed, I can see why she wanted go establish herself beyond the threshold of Delain. She's definitely carving out her own niche and it's nice to see. I kinda agree in a way that Delain has become homogenized, Diana is a decent singer, I like her but she just doesn't have the emotional punch that Charlotte delivers in her vocal delivery. I do hope they improve and all though.
