Yeah, I think they learned that lesson. It only took UGA almost getting gored. I think if a mascot can mortally wound its handlers as well as injure and maim many others, it shouldn't be on the field at all.

He was on the leash for the dogs protection. U never know how any dog will react around ppl. He’s a sweet heart, but bulldogs are very protective and can read emotions well. Once again He’s a nice and gentle dog, but when they get scared like any dog they show out. Go ask that auburn player back in the day when uga tried to to bite him bc he ran up on him.,. Their sweet hearts but are very protective dogs... he is treated amazingly I can assure u. & he’s healthy bc My family has the exact same type of dog & he’s a fatty. Lol
