1400 is crazy!! I’m diy 5 min walk from my house, big stable, 5 acre field, own big tack room, running water and straight on the downs £108 a month and it’s me and 2 other people it’s so peaceful 😊

Yay new yard! My fave part (genuinely) is when the software fuzzing out your license plate gets stuck to Vossi's hocks as if they are inappropriate somehow!

Charlotte, I am so happy for you! We too moved my horse recently (2 mins from home) we moved from Headley Stud one of the most extravagant yards but it was 45 minutes away, some people might say we have downgraded but a jive yard full of nice people is always the way to go! I’m so pleased Vossi looks happy it will be great for his mental health and of course yours without the stress! Good luck with your new adventure Charlotte ❤️

Charlotte you look so happy with yr decision and so does Vossi. Sometimes it's so much easier to be on a nice yard for all the benefits and this one looks lovely. Hopefully you will find it so much easier for you time wise and all the lost time having to load Vossi up and transport to arenas will give you more time to enjoy yr boy. It’s really difficult finding the right yard. I recently had to move yard because the place I was at sadly had to close. So fortunate to have found a really lovely peaceful friendly yard where my girl has settled so well. You have to do what is right for you and your horse. So glad you have found somewhere lovely for you and Voss. I hope you will both be very happy x

Dreaded water pumping station - relatable 😂 my horses live in an AONB... Some of their paddock are right next to a water pumping station and sewage works 🙈

No way!!! Total nightmare isn’t it, whenever I occasionally take a look at properties for sale or stables, I always check google maps to make sure no water or sewage works close by - awful things!!
