Tiffany loved the real life video. You make it look so easy. I only had one child and was a Customer Service Manager and my husband a Civil Engineer and I wish I had the energy like you. Wish you were around when I was in that season. Now I’m retired and my husband passed, my daughter in the Military and I look at you and say GREAT JOB TIFFANY 👏👏👏❤️

It's all about routine, I had 4 kiddos and stuck to a nightly and morning routine for years. My kids are grown with children of their own and I tell them routine is everything as mundane as it is, it's what works! Great job! I do agree that everyone needs to pitch in too. Life is busy! ❤️

This is a great video. You showing how your life really is. I’m retired now. But I used to work full time. I had an outside job. It wasn’t easy. And I still would come home after work and clean my whole house. I have no energy now. So I don’t do that anymore. I had two daughters. We have always had a bunch of animals, and still have three dogs. My oldest daughter has seven kids. Two are older. And out of the house. She’s a nurse and works twelve hour days. Her husband watches the youngest all day. She’ll be two next month. Right now they only have one vehicle. So my husband gets to chauffeur the kids to school and soccer practices. And we go watch my grandson play. I tell her she’s crazy having so many kids. But I’m from a big family. And she uses my mom as an example. My youngest daughter is married to a teacher. He teaches special needs kids. He’s a very mellow person. I don’t think I’ve ever seen him mad. So he’s great for that job. I could never do it. I don’t have the patience.

I'm sorry I didn't find you sooner! You and I can definitely be soul sisters. I'm the mom of 4 grown children - the youngest will be 21 this Jan and is currently a Jr. in college (the other 3 have already graduated and are living on their own). Watching the video was a bittersweet reminder of how things looked in my house when my children were still young. I can 100% relate ... It goes so fast, however, you don't feel that when you're in the thick of it. I had 3 who played Varsity Lacrosse (1 who continued to play through college). They all started in 2nd grade and this will be my first fall without having to attend a child related sporting event. The other did theater and I was thankful for that because it kept me indoors and in a comfortable seat!!! I didn't mind tidying up each day - I could not start a meal unless my kitchen was clutter free. Like you, I was doing clean up while cooking. However, it could not all be done by 1 person. Everyone in my house was given a zone - they each had their own room but also had an additional zone in the house. I'd switch up the zones to keep it fair and to ensure that everyone knew where everything lived. 20 minutes each night was for the zone tidy up (if you were unable - no big deal you just caught up the next day). A beautiful thing happened ... since no one knew what their assigned zone was going to be, they all made sure they kept things neat because no one wanted a messy zone. They also helped one another out by taking an extra zone if someone was unable to do their own. They come home to visit or for the holidays and the running joke is ... Mom which zone do you want me to take?!!! Looks like you have a lovely family and a beautiful home. Enjoy every second - even when it's hectic because one day you will be looking back and missing (maybe not all) this season of life!

Great video. I agree with you on laundry. It's really hard to do a load a day start to finish when you work. I usually just do laundry over the weekend unless kids need a sport or work uniform, but those loads are hard to complete. You do so great keeping up and having time with family and friends.

Hi Charlotte, I realize in this video you didn’t necessarily ask for advice but I watch your videos and you often do. Have you considered a shoe dresser? I have one by the front door because I don’t have a mud room. I got mine at IKEA and it helps to keep by the front door nice and tidy. I love your videos and appreciate you sharing with us!
