I hope you are okay today? I'm alright - just a bit tired though for some reason. I swear it's the change in the weather.

I'm a 36 year-old mum of three, who lives in Cheshire, in the UK, and this is my small part of the online world, where I share parts of my life.
I'm married to Mark, who is honestly my best mate, and we have three children and they seem to be growing up very fast these days. Our house is busy and full of love, and is also home to one dog, two cats and three rats. I did say it was busy...
Life did not go to plan for me, but I am very grateful for that, otherwise I wouldn't be where I am today.
As for this channel, you might find everything from cooking, mum life, fashion, home updates, vlogs now and again, and some topics close to my heart, such as coparenting, mental health, hearing loss and Stickler Syndrome too.
I am a very average mum, but I try my absolute best at whatever I do, and hopefully you enjoy following along!

It sound like to me u may have sciatica pain I have it on my right hand side I have gabapentin 3tines a day and it does ease the pain. Maybe worth asking the gp x

Lovely video Charlotte, thank you. Losing any animal is so sad. It takes a white to get over it. I hope your back is better. Unfortunately there are times when you need to take medication, when you took something out worked to bring down inflammation. Keep well, Charlotte, take care of yourself.

Is the back issue you're siatic nerve? Sound's similar to an issue i get and im told its the siatic nerve. My dad gets it aswell. It may not be but sounds similar. Hope you're feeling better soon

Oh Charlotte the pain sounds so hard! I’m biased as I am married to a chiropractor, but maybe consider chiropractic care? It has changed my life completely with pain.

I had/have the same pain, you describing it was like. Yep, I know this! I suffered with it for years, went to the gp 3 times, eventually I went to a physiotherapist and they figured out what was wrong in like, 2 minutes. They did some stuff which immediately relieved it and then gave me exercises (mainly glute stuff) to treat it long term. For me, it won’t ever go away but with my exercises I’ve not had to hobble round the house bent over for months!!! I’d implore you to get to a physio if you can, it was honestly life changing. I couldn’t even sit in a car without it being triggered and now I’m training for a marathon! Good luck and I hope you feel better soon!! Xxx

Hello my beautiful Angel 😇 Charlotte, so sorry to hear your poorly with your back hunny ,please try & rest when you can I know that sounds impossible but I have 3types of arthritis, Rheumatoid, osteoarthritis & psoriatic arthritis, plus on top of that 7 discs in my spine have prolapsed & always trap the sciatica nerve, the only thing I find is heat creams help my pain & taking nerproxaphen prescribed by my gp & paracetamol, but in the wet weather omg does it get me down darlin so I know what your going through, & I had rats 🐀 💖 when I was younger & my vet said keep them away from carpets & draft because carpets can cause initiation to there skin & draft can cause breathing problems, & to keep them warm on a shelf if possible off the floor will help ,but I am so sad 😢to hear you lost Wednesday 😢may she rest in peace 🙏 🪦 bless , I loved watching your vlog , please can we watch more ❤️ & loved your bra's aswell it's about time you treated yourself sweetheart as I watch you spoil the children & I am thinking 🤔 ok when's it your turn ❤️ 😊 please take care of yourself my angel 😇 hope to see you again soon & don't forget look after yourself because without you how would your family cope ?
