This charm string necklace is made with a bow finding from B'sue Boutiques www.bsueboutiqu... We colorized it according to the techniques visited in the video made just previous to this one, where you learned how to use Perfect Pearls by Ranger over paint applied to degreased raw brass stampings such as those we sell at B'sue Boutiques. Also used were ceramic flowers, spectra beads, beehive bead caps and rolo chain. The necklace is inspired from a popular piece from the B'sue Boutiques line of charm jewelry from back in the nineties. When we made it then, it was a brooch. Today's fashion dictates that a necklace would be a better-selling piece, and it is really a gorgeous centerpiece....so why not? You will be able to make it quickly, change colors up....even themes by using cute charms like the ones we carry in the Charm Accents Section at B'sue Boutiques, or in the Design Embellishments Section. Back in the day when this jewelry line was made, we found that it sold very well, was easy to make, and people LOVE themes: teacher jewelry, cat jewelry, sewing jewelry, garden jewelry....any sort of jewelry that spoke to and represented THEM. We have those materials that you need to use! Come visit us at the NEW B'sue Boutiques: the NEW website is up and we hope you'll come and take a tour. Here is a list of the materials and SKU numbers we used for the Charm String Necklace:
--fig0603 is the raw brass bow, found in raw brass stampings
--flow09427 is the pink ceramic flower, found in the ceramic flowers section
--cap02260 is the cast brass wound beehive bead cap found in the bead caps section
--chn04832 is the brass ox rolo chain found in the chain section
--rhinestone rondelles BD07488

--lobster claw clasp in the clasps section under BASIC JEWELRY FINDINGS
--hole punch www.bsueboutiqu...
--spectra beads, item number SPECTRABEADS under the glass beads section
Have fun trying out this necklace and changing it up to suit your needs. The way I made it is a bit long, you might want to shorten it a little---easily done, just take a bit of chain off at the back. Be sure to take a little time and come visit our new website! www.bsueboutiqu... We worked so hard on it and are so proud of it.
