@@NdauTribe13 Yes, Eddie Pfugari sold 2100sqm of stands there back in the late 90s - Phase 1 and Phase 2, around the same time Zimre Park was getting started. The Norton development seems to have been outpaced by that of Zimre Park and I am keen to know why. I want to know the prices of stands and properties there and the schools, shopping centers and clinics, parks etc, if the properties are serviced and if the place is electrified and the roads paved and tarred etc.

lovely structures that people are putting up. what I can't understand though is how our local authorities are allowing some of these developers to build such poor quality roads. Surely there must a spec for minimum acceptable quality of roads. This is disappointing.

@@niconkola9314 Majority of it is Diaspora. The typical story of if you leave Zim and go work in UK. AUS. USA. and SA. People back home must be able to see that you left for a good cause. So people often build houses as a way of investing in their countries. But its a lot of dead capital. Zimbabwe needs businesses also. Companies to create employment. Those beautiful houses u see dont receive any municipal water. Not a drop.🤦🏾♀️💔

The homes look great but the council maintenance or lack thereof, of verges and roads is dismal. People should refuse to pay rates.
