OMG I was in shock so much so that I told him to keep the lighter! 😂 He said thanks and asked was I leaving early and I said no just have a smoke break to which he said do yourself a favour and leave now only it really is crap!!🤣 He was actually quoted on being interviewed about the movie as saying “Let’s just say it was all of my Elvis movies rolled in to one” He was probably right!

We are so lucky to live in a time so their voices are never silenced
@zoebella314 Жыл бұрын
Why would their voices be silenced? People didn't really believe Freddie Mercury was gay, until he was dying of AIDS, by then it would've been to late to silence him, David Bowie was married to a supermodel with Children, umm Freddie Mercury said when he was dying, that the only person he ever truly loved, was his wife, who took care of him while he was dying

My 5 year-old daughter is obsessed with this song, and I get choked every time I talk to her about the impact these two legends had on music and culture. This song is in my top-10 canon of music-pure alchemy!! Never a better singer or frontman than Freddie. Never a more inventive songsmithing chameleon than Bowie.

I have no idea how they managed to make such disparate voices work like this. One would imagine that Freddie's strident voice would clash or drown out Bowie's more subdued huskiness but it doesn't. They are both perfectly clear and they don't clash at all. They complement each other so well. And they both fit in with the music perfectly too. I don't know if it's artistry in the arrangement or mixing but it amazes me. Of course Freddie and Bowie are both so incredibly talented in their own rights, but this is still amazing to me.

Yeah, it’s too bad that they were not actually singing together. David Bowie was singing as a tribute to Freddie Mercury but it would’ve been more cool. They were together, but it was still very cool for everybody that came a tribute for live aid.

What they are trying to say is these people are still alive. Out of witness protection. Prince, Bowie, Mecury, Elvis, Marley, Jackson, Joplin on and on and on. Due to turning in the Illuminati for their fame to secrecy of worship to Satan. Praise God. I wouldn't doubt Lennon and Harrison. We'll see!

Pressure pushing down on me Pressing down on you no man ask for Under pressure That burns a building down Splits a family in two Puts people on streets It's the terror of knowing What this world is about Watching some good friends Screaming get me out Tomorrow takes me higher Pressure on people People on streets Day day day Okay Chippin' around Kick my brains round the floor These are the days It never rains but it pours People on streets People on streets It's the terror of knowing What this world is about Watching some good friends Screaming let me out Tomorrow takes me high, high, higher Pressure on people People on streets Turned away from it all Like the blind man Sat on a fence but it don't work Keep coming up with love But it's so slashed and torn Why why why? Love, love, love, love Insanity laughs under pressure we're cracking Can't we give ourselves one more chance? Why can't we give love that one more chance? Why can't we give love give love give love? Give love, give love, give love Give love, give love, give love? 'Cause love's such an old fashioned word And love dares you to care For the people on the edge of the night And love dares you to change our way Of caring about ourselves This is our last dance This is our last dance This is ourselves Under pressure Under pressure Pressure
