Filler is when nothing important happens to the plot or to characters, but I guess different people have different ideas of what constitutes importance. IMO this isn't a filler patch at all, it's just pausing the key plot. The Flower-Feather Clan got hit hard and whatever story they're going to tell over there is bound to have an impact on that area and the involved characters. They didn't have to tell an interlude story, they could've just skipped the patch, so I expect there to be a reason for telling this story.

Yea this is not a filler patch specially when there is 3 new areas. 5.1 felt a bit more filler patch after doing AQ

Plus we are getting Ochkanatlan which is 100% gonna have some juicy lore.
