So I just made my first purchase(about 140)with my card… on the Chase app it says I have no payments… will the statement credit take care of everything? Or do I have to buy 500 dollars worth of stuff I only needed to make that one purchase… I can pay the 140 but I thought it would taken care of with the statement credit

No. You only get the credit when you spend $500.

@@anonymoushuman8443 Actually I went ahead and spent about 140 only and it was free credit I didn’t have to spend 500 in fact I still have about 10 bucks in credit so I don’t owe anything… go figure
