Chase me Charlie (Under 16's)

So at our yard we had 2 chase me charlies - an under 16's and an adults one:)
This is the under 16's:D
I'll say now aoife wasn't hurt when she fell and rhiannon also fell but unfortunately my dad didn't get it on camera but she wasn't hurt either!
I'm not entirely sure - so feel free to comment if the think the heights are different but I think it went up in 10cms?
SO that would mean
Aoife & Ernie + Chloe & Gemma cleared 80cms
Rhiannon & Princess, Jenny & Saffy + Zoe & Hamilton cleared 90cms
Cherise & Apollo + Holly & Spud cleared 1m
Me & Flute cleared 1.10m
Cherise & Holly redid 1.10m and cherise cleared it so she overall came 2nd
And another one will be uploaded later today of the adults cmc - serious heights were jumped!

Lil Hamilton didn't even blink for any of them. He was like I GOT THIS. LOL. Made me giggle every time he jumped. Bless pony's hearts.

Yeah, thats definitely true. None of teh other horses were picking their front ends up over the jumps. They were rushed and flat. Daisy and Flute looked teh best.

You're saying that likes there's a problem with that. These are all kids, they're still learning. You can't expect anyone to jump perfectly, especially someone's who's still learning. Since it was Chase Me Charlie, I'd assume those jumps are bigger than they'd normally go over, so you can't blame them for not knowing exactly what to do

you and flute looked to be the only ones capable of actually doing that. Most of the other horses were not physically capable of actually jumping that high. And all of the other riders seemed to try to go fast to get over the jump. But you and flute were amazing.

Wow! You are realy an awesome jumper! Others did great too! But what I like about you jumping, is that your hand DO go forward when you jump, most common mistake is pulling hands or keeping them ar same place before jump and while jumping. I like as well, the way that you lean forward! Realy great riding!

Since some people are commenting, the reason they knocked the jumps at the end is the riders said leg leg leg and then stuck their elbows out instead of moving hands forward in release. They had a lot of leg, but when it was time for the horse to jump they didn’t allow them to do their job, causing the horse to knock it. A bump before the jump to encourage would’ve been sufficient, and light hands that grabbed mane to allow the horse to stretch their neck out and use themselves :)
