CHASE/PIPE CHASE Mga Dapat Malaman...

The chase/pipe chase are vital part in space planning for the utility system such as fire protection, sanitary or plumbing, waterlines, electrical pipes, bus duct, air pressurization duct and even the garbage chute. Through the pipe chase it easily distributed to every floor the respective pipes to each unit. This also helps to organized and distribute properly all the pipes to designated areas and easily branching to every units effectively, avoiding taking much of the ceiling and wall spaces that needed to concealed those utility pipes. I also helps every specialty contractor to works easily in the project by the used of the pipe chase.

Good Day Sir.Thanks for the concern.For a high rise structures mag end sya sa uppermost part ng building na may mga mag branch or mag connect na pipes sa chase and other mechanical system.Say sa topmost area wherein may elevator machine room that need the supply duct of smoke evacuator dun na sya mag stop.

Hello!Yes,every floor may louver doors sya since may mga compartmentation ang bawat section for the plumbing,firepro,electrical and other utility system intended to pass through the pipe chase.
