Chase Report week 47-48 2020: Siku 2020, Schuco, Welly, Majorette, Matchbox & Hot Wheels

Whenever German Müller stores have a sale, German Amazon follows along.
Being in a lockdown, I'm very thankful for that.
I was able to order some true 1/64 scale diecast cars by Schuco, some 1/55 scale Siku highlights for 2020 and the bus and articulated tractor-trailer combo from the new FC Bayern Munchen series by Majorette.
Diecast Dude provided the missing Siku 2020 cars I wanted to show in this video, except for the Audi RS 5 Racing he didn't have either.
He was also kind enough to get me some stuff from stores in The Netherlands that are still open, unlike stores in Belgium.
A Welly and Hot Wheels 2-pack and the Lamborghini 5-pack.
And he threw in some extra loose Matchbox vans and an RV.

I think China is become a little bit more expensive but the painted lights still look good. Let's hope that the stores are open again soon. We have to get some new fresh Hot Wheels and Matchbox in Germany 🍀🙏🙂

The painted lights look OK but a few years ago we got lenzed lights front and back which I like more than opening parts honestly.

Awesome show, great haul too. I didnt know Welly made the C3 Corvette, it looks fantastic and it also has the flags on the fuel cap too, I will be hunting for one now :) You saved some really nice cars for last, love the 007 Citroen, but the Polizei VW and Mercedes are a great pair together.

Thanks Fex, you can have my Welly Corvette, it came in a 5-pack, I would never have bought it in a single packet. Schuco does a great job, they do some cars no-one else does, and that's one of the many things I like about them.

Great vid, the Welly Corvette is so well done in my opinion. The lines look right. It’s very nice to get that Chiron in the 2-pack....big score. The Ford logo looks great on the Siku. Was “dash” the word you were looking for when commenting about how they wrote “F150” on the label? We call those “running boards” on the bottom of the trucks. Shucos look as expected, wonderful.

Very nice! What I don´t like is the fact, that the front lights on the 007 2cv are too big and ugly. They are spot on at the Charleston. And the rear lights of the /8 MB are also far too big and I would have to make that right, if it was my model, because it would make my eyes sore looking at it. They should take care of such details, due to the fact, that they not only cost ten times the amount of a HW or MBX, but also that those have been improving over the last couple of years and people could decide not to follow Schuco, at all, very quick.

Thanks! I agree with the 2cv headlights, even more, they should be square instead of round. The taillights on the /8 didn't struck me as too big, but you could be right. I think comparing Schuco with mainlines is a bit unfair, compared to HW and MBX premiums they're at the same price here in Europe, and then I prefer a Schuco over a toy car with an attitude.

Diecast dude is a hunting Master! I Go with the bluegatti and i am still looking for the 2pack. On the other Hand i Go with the Schuco mercedes. Hope you will get some swapmeets soon, i remember the Videos with the hot Stuff for cool prices :)

Sweet show 🙂 the color on the hw Chiron ( you finally pronounce it properly 😜) is very simply called Bleu de FRANCE 🇫🇷🇫🇷🇫🇷🇫🇷🇫🇷😂 Alpine are also in this color, the steering column position in the 2cv is bit too vertical imo like a truck steering 😅 i will very soon get my hands on the welly 2 pack the corvette&jag and Volvo&mustang so it gives me a preview 🙂

The siku mustang sits better I think, but yes, the painted headlamps instead of the plastic lenses are a loss

Great video. That Welly 82 Corvette is very nice. I've ordered that Siku Mustang and waiting for it to arrive. Schuco is becoming one of my favorite brands! The T-1 Polizei is nice. That 2CV is from For Your Eyes Only! And I bought that same Mercedes! It's one of my favorites. Did you call that Mercedes "Bar 8"? What does that stand for?
