I think about this song a lot, when I think about unaliving myself or the possibility of it I put this song on. I was having the best summer ever, had the best time of life, enjoying the sun, chilling with all my best mates and this song blasting. Life was bliss, then it wasn’t. My FWB had a miscarriage and life descended into hell. I was 18, I’m 30 now. My child could’ve been 11 and my life could’ve been vastly different. Those genuinely were the best times of my life, now I don’t talk to any of them and I miss it. Life comes at you quick 🙁 I still feel the pain to this day, so I listen when I’m alone and remember the best times. I’m married now and recent medical news is telling us we may never have the chance to have any children of our own. Did I miss the boat? Lots of love to you all, take care

@@lucymelia9623 Lucy - the feelings you are having are there to tell you to make changes. That's what depression is, it's a way of telling you that something better is out there for you but you're on the wrong path. Trust me, you will see for yourself just hang in there - you won't regret it. Plus normal people are boring. People who think deeply and feel things are the most interesting people in the world. That's what creates music, art and other beautiful things. Listen to yourself, it knows your calling in life and it will show you. And it's defo not hurting yourself, it's something better than that. Mine just got me out of my career and it was the best thing I ever did. No matter what age or life you have, there's something out there for you and it's great. An old school friend of mine passed away last week, he was only 41 years old. We didn't talk for long periods but thankfully we caught up in August, talking about how life was for each of us, things we had been doing, friends we still saw, he had a son of around 18 months old. One topic we discussed was how another of his friends had passed away in February this year at only 39. He had made a post for him on Instagram remembering their friendship and he ended it with "End Credits - Chase & Status" so I had to come and listen to this after his passing, I'm sure he would approve. You will be missed mate. RIP Jordan Dwyer.

This song brings me back to a time when I was in the midst of my crack and heroin addiction. I'm now clean and the song doesn't serve as a trigger it serves as a reminder never to go back to that "no life" . It also reminds me how brilliantly Plan B and Michael Caine performed together in Harry Brown I think it will be classed as a cult film just like Caines Get Carter .. it was almost like he reprised the same character so perfect.
@hollyberry153 жыл бұрын
Thanks for your reply, yes i agree, it serves as a reminder that we will never ALLOW that ever again. Plan B and Caine where epic in the movie. Would have been great to see Plan B in more movies

This song has, for years, been my final resting song. I don't believe in heaven or an afterlife, so I believe that it is, quite literally, "End Credits" when you die. My wife, does not like this and sobs anytime she hears this song. I think it's beautiful, and such a lovely reminder to live every day as your last ❤

Sophomore year of college my best friend and roommate was studying in Swansea over the semester and invited me to visit for a week. Their roommates loved this song so much; we listened to it every night with a fat blunt and sweet conversation. Every time I hear it i'm back there. Not too many songs do that for me so heavily.
