I can try and help you. First of all I'm going to assume u have no dumbells therefore: Squat jumps 4x5 unilateral jumps(side to side) 4x5 Push ups 4x whatever u feel is a good amount that challenges u Plank 3x your max Bulgarian split squats 3x8
