Chase and Status have come a long way from their beginnings in drum and bass. For those interested in checking out their back catalogue before they crossed over, it is time well spent listening to some of their lesser known material. Love's Theme, The Druids, In Love and my personal favourite Judgement (Informer) to name but a few. I think the variety of music they put it out is great and you can call it what you want. However, just like The Prodigy and The Chemical Brothers (taking two examples), because of their diverse output, I would simply say they are electronic artists.
