There are two types of people in the world: people who love Cristina Scabbia, and people who've never heard Cristina Scabbia sing. She's the GOAT.
@davidhenriquez49393 жыл бұрын
Lacuna Coil's catalog is huge, with a lot of variety ... and Cristina Scabbia is one of the coolest and at the same time humble people in the metal scene. If you ask me, when it comes to metal with female vocalists, the biggest names are Nightwish, Epica, Whitin Temptaton and Lacuna Coil. So it was about time there was a video of them around here! 🥳🥳🥳
@emmullgn3 жыл бұрын
Can't forget about Jinjur
@clausandersen81873 жыл бұрын
@@emmullgn yes jinjer is indeed amasing and i get what u mean. and they are getting where they deserve too be. but i do belive that nightwish, within temptation, epica and lacuna coil are bigger names currently. dont get me wrong jinjer needs too be on that list, and they will be in time. the others have... well been noticed for longer by alot more ppl. so a list of biggest names, i wouldnt put em on just yet. list of the greatest? 100% hell yes :) plzz do not take this as any critique of any of the bands mentioned. or bands i have yet too hear of :) this is my personal opinion with what i currently know :) and i do love all the names mentioned. hope someone can add some more :)
@davidhenriquez49393 жыл бұрын
@@emmullgn Oh yes, like Jinjer, there are many "female fronted" metal bands that I could mention as "great" (older, contemporary, and newer than those four). But I personally see these 4 as the most influential in a whole generation of fans and artists. They are role models and influences for many newer bands, also the singers (including the 3 from Nightwish) were and are inspiration for many new artists. For me personally, they are like the "Big Four" of female fronted metal 😁. And yes, technically Lacuna Coil has two singers, so "female fronted" might not be an appropriate term. But "femel co-fronted" may be very strange 😂.
