i dont know much about legal stuff but preston can only legally sue games or the owner of the game if they’ve stolen an exact copy of the pet, item, etc. Preston might also get himself into legal trouble if he continues to sue people

the crashing avatar glitch is something I refer to as cloth bomb, it is fixed as person making the giraffe suit/ roblox made it so it can only wrap around your body unlike previosly when it would wrap around everything however the head also wanted to do that so the suit in miliseconds epanded overridding roblox servers and with the shark there was a miss caculation with the holes and cloths would also expand infinitly overridding roblox servers
